Mini-Split Giveaway Terms and conditions

The giveaway begins on the date of posting and ends on March 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM (AST). Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of:

• New Brunswick
   
• Nova Scotia
   
• Prince Edward Island
   

Residents of Newfoundland and Labrador are excluded.

Proof of residency may be required. If the selected winner does not meet eligibility requirements, a new winner will be drawn.

To be eligible, participants must complete ALL of the following:

• Like the giveaway post
   
• Tag three (3) friends in the comments
   
• Share the giveaway post
   
• Follow the business’s official Facebook page
   

Failure to complete all four requirements will result in disqualification.

The prize includes:

• One (1) Daikin 12,000 BTU Mini Split system
   
• Indoor unit and outdoor unit
   
• Standard professional installation
   

Approximate total value: $4,500 CAD

• Installation is valid for residential properties only
   
• Property must meet installation requirements (electrical capacity, mounting location, safe access, etc.)
   
• Winner must be the homeowner or provide written permission from the property owner
   
• Standard installation only; additional work (electrical upgrades, permits, extended line sets, concrete pads, repairs) is not included and may be quoted separately
   

Installation must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe agreed upon by both parties. Failure to schedule or provide access may result in forfeiture of the prize.

The prize:

• Has no cash value
   
• Cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged
   

The winner will be randomly selected on March 30th, 2026 and announced on the company’s Facebook page.
The winner will be contacted only via Facebook Messenger from the official business account.

The business will never ask for payment, banking information, or credit card details to claim this prize.
